Product Information
I have released a collection of truly unique pinhole photographs for sale as limited editions.
All the prints are sold with a standard sized window mount ready for framing and are printed on a high quality fine art paper with archival inks for the maximum longevity without fading.
Limited editions
The collection is sold in limited editions of 25 in each size. This means, that after I have sold the 25 prints in each size I will promise not to re-print more of them and therefore you will have my guarantee of a truly limited piece of fine art.
However, I may produce a small amount of prints outside of these editions for my own portfolio or gallery circulation. These will not be for sale and will not be numbered as limited editions.
All limited edition prints will be numbered (e.g. 3/25) to indicate the number of the print within the edition, the total number of prints in the edition and signed by myself. I will cut the aperture of the window mount slightly larger than the print itself to leave space for the edition number and the signature.
The prices for the limited editions prints are:

Paper
I will only use the best available materials for the fine art prints to ensure the best result. For this reason, I have chosen to use Hahnemühle Bamboo 290gsm paper for all my pinhole photographs. This is truly a magnificent natural white 100% acid free heavyweight fine art paper wit
h a smooth but still visible texture. It’s manufactured using highly renewable bamboo fibres which grow 20 times faster than wood and this makes it one of the very few ecological fine art papers available.
Printers & inks
I use Canon Pro 9500 printer and Canon’s own Lucia pigment inks to guarantee the best possible quality and longevity for the prints.
Mounting & framing
All the prints are sold with a standard sized window mount and are ready to frame and hang on your wall.
Window mounting serves two purposes; it separates the print from the glass and thus protects the surface of the artwork, it also provides extra space around the print and significantly improves the way it is displayed.
The print is attached to the mount using pH-neutral archival tape with minimal touch point with the print itself. The mount is carefully sealed so that the print is easy to remount in the future to fit other mount sizes or styles without damage to the print.
I will use an “antique white” mount board unless otherwise specified. This is a nice natural white colour and won’t distract from the photograph itself. It will beautifully complement the natural white colour of the Hahnemuhle Bamboo fine art paper.
I will cut the window (aperture) slightly bigger than the actual print to show the signature and limited edition numbering.
I highly recommend you to professionally frame the purchased print. This is not just to protect it, but also to complete the artwork to suit your taste and the environment it will be displayed at.
A plain black wooden frame or silver metallic frame looks really good. Some prints may look nice in a dark brown frame as well.
These are of course just recommendations. Your local frame shop will be able to recommend other possibilities and show you a selection of frame colours & styles to choose from.
If you would like me to organise to professionally frame the prints, please do get in touch.
